10″ galette (free form pies) for your Thanksgiving feast. Our flaky pastry is made with Barton Springs Mill organic rye and all purpose flour and Plugra butter. Filled with rooibos tea infused almond cream, fresh pears and a sprinkling of slivered almonds. Rooibos, or red bush, is an indigenous plant grown in the Cederburg Mountains of South Africa.
