Description
Malva pudding is a uniquely South African dessert with Afrikaans origins. It’s a caramelized and gooey sponge cake with a hint of apricot. The malva pudding is topped with rooibos poached pears and served in an 8″x8″ aluminum tin for easy reheating.
Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or custard.
