Sourdough baguette made with our eight year old starter (Flubby!), King Arthur bread flour, Barton Springs Mill Butler’s Gold flour, water, sea salt, the tiniest pinch of yeast for some extra oomph and a traditional, long fermentation. We love the crispy crust and complex flavor!
