Description
Our scone is big, buttery and biscuit-like! Enriched with Barton Springs Mill Sonora whole wheat and sourdough starter. We slice it open then fill it with whipped sour cream and homemade lemon curd. This is our take on a South African scone which is most often served with whipped cream and jam. Serving hint: we present it in a sandwich form, but I think it’s easier to pull it apart and smear the filling on each half:)
