Description
Kouign amann is a laminated French pastry from the Brittany region of France. The name derives from the Breton language words for cake (kouign) and butter (amann). It’s one of our favorite pastries! Ours is made extra flavorful with the addition of Sonora wheat from Barton Springs Mill and our eight year old sourdough starter. Filled with housemade bourbon peach compote.
