Our take on the Jewish Deli Rye — a sourdough variation studded with caraway seed. Our sourdough is made using our seven year old starter (Flubby!), King Arthur bread flour & Barton Springs Mill Ryman rye flour, water, sea salt and a traditional, long fermentation.
