Our country sour filled with organic dried garlic and rosemary from our garden. Our sourdough is made using our seven year old starter (Flubby!), King Arthur bread flour & Barton Springs Mill Yecora Rojo whole wheat, Wrens Abruzzi rye flour, water, sea salt and a traditional, long fermentation.
