Our country sour filled with sunflower seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds & oats. Our sourdough is made using our seven year old starter (Flubby!), King Arthur bread flour & Barton Springs Mill Wrens Abruzzi rye flour, water, sea salt and a traditional, long fermentation.
