Croissant topped with aleppo & honey roasted carrots, crumbled feta, fresh parsley and za’atar, which is a Middle Eastern spice blend of dried oregano, thyme, marjoram, sesame seeds and sumac. Our croissants are enriched with our sourdough starter and a touch of Barton Springs Mill whole wheat flour.
