Our country sour filled with freshly ground fennel & dried figs. Our sourdough is made using our eight year old starter (Flubby!), King Arthur bread flour & Barton Springs Mill Butler’s Gold whole wheat, Ryman rye flour, water, sea salt and a traditional, long fermentation.
